The Resident Service Advocate plays a key role in fostering a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the amenity spaces of a residential building. By proactively walking through lounges, gyms, pools, co-working areas, and other shared spaces, this individual serves as a friendly, knowledgeable resource for residents-answering questions, offering assistance, and encouraging full use of amenities. This position is a temporary position going until August|September 2025. This is a people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys creating a sense of community and ensuring that shared spaces are safe, respectful, and inviting for all residents.

  • Serve as an on-site presence, greeting residents and providing helpful information about amenity space features, hours, and guidelines.
  • Proactively observe resident behavior to gently reinforce community rules and standards.
  • De-escalate and mediate minor conflicts with a focus on empathy, diplomacy, and prevention of future issues.
  • Report recurring concerns or maintenance issues to property management or the appropriate departments.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful community environment through daily interactions and consistent presence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Calm, professional demeanor in conflict situations
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • $25 per hour compensation
