About The Position

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is Meridian's exclusive resort-style retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as Resident Relations Supervisor.$23.00 per hour starting wageIn addition to a beautiful work environment in the Treasure Valley, our employees also enjoy meals from our restaurant-style dining room, access to our fitness room, and an on-site bistro coffee shop. As Resident Relations Supervisor, you will enrich lives in our community by serving as the Independent Living liaison through daily interactions and support. You will use your strong attention to detail and compassion to positively impact the lives of residents and families. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will: Have a commitment to Touchmark's values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion) as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage all to be allies, friends, and givers; Be able to observe resident behavior and communicate the observations in a professional and intelligent manner; Provide amenities such as scheduling services, assisting in problem-solving special requests, coordinating with other teams and team members to support residents and their families through the move-in process, and overseeing front desk services within the community; Possess a calm demeanor with good stress management and crisis intervention abilities; Ability to be a self-starter, problem solver, and have above-average attention to detail;

Requirements

  • Possess a calm demeanor with good stress management and crisis intervention abilities
  • Ability to be a self-starter, problem solver, and have above-average attention to detail
  • Experience managing, delivering, and overseeing high-level hospitality services
  • Excellent time-management skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize among multiple and/or competing tasks
  • 3-5 years of prior supervisory experience
  • A genuine interest in working with a senior population
  • Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office applications and other software programs
  • The ability to maintain a calm, positive, and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a geriatric setting preferred
