About The Position
GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a dedicated Resident Relations Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for residents and customers. This role is crucial in ensuring resident satisfaction and retention, focusing on resident renewals and implementing engaging monthly events that foster community spirit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving occupancy and rental goals, managing financial transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional image of the property and the company. The position offers the potential to earn over $1,000 per month in commissions, making it an exciting opportunity for those with a passion for customer service and community engagement. In this role, the Resident Relations Specialist will assist the Community Manager in various financial tasks, including collecting and posting revenue, following up on delinquent accounts, and preparing necessary notices. Administrative duties will involve maintaining an organized leasing office, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and local regulations, and completing reports accurately and on time. The specialist will also play a key role in employee development by supporting operations, training staff, and promoting teamwork. Customer service is at the heart of this position, with responsibilities including maintaining a high closing ratio, completing lease agreements, and addressing resident concerns promptly. The specialist will also oversee general repair and maintenance requests, ensuring timely responses and effective communication with residents. Proactive engagement with residents regarding lease renewals and retention programs is essential, as is the ability to handle conflicts and provide guidance on lease compliance. This position requires a compassionate, outgoing personality with strong sales and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of property management policies and Fair Housing laws.
