About The Position

The Resident Relations Director (RRD) serves as a vital liaison to residents in a senior living community, focusing on enhancing resident satisfaction and ensuring their needs are met throughout their transition into the community. This role involves planning, developing, and evaluating resident services, as well as collaborating with Sales & Marketing to facilitate resident move-ins and maintain high occupancy levels.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• At least three (3) years of progressively responsible work experience in the senior living industry or related field.
• Working knowledge of practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to senior living care.
• Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable DMV record.

Nice To Haves

• Related four-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Creativity and excellent organizational skills are vital.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate high-quality services and resident satisfaction programs.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through ongoing solicitation and measurement of resident feedback.
• Implement resident suggestions and engage in interactive problem solving with residents.
• Conduct an annual evaluation/quality assurance program for resident services.
• Answer inquiry calls and internet inquiries, communicating all activity to Sales and Marketing.
• Plan and coordinate all resident move-ins and on-site transfers, collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team.
• Complete pre-move-in inspections and report any unfavorable conditions to the Maintenance Director and Executive Director.
• Prepare required paperwork and facilitate resident agreement signings for smooth transitions.
