Requirements

  • Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.
  • Post-Graduate Year 1 (PGY1) and Post-Graduate Year 2 (PGY2) (licensure required within the 1st 90 days).
  • Enrolled OR graduate of an accredited Pharmacy degree program required.
