About The Position

This position is responsible for: Accepts and processes residents staying in lodge/shelter overnight Receives and receipts fees received from residents Monitors activities of residents during assigned shift Maintains accurate and complete records and logs

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• One year experience performing security or social service work preferred OR
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and processes residents staying in lodge/shelter overnight
• Receives and receipts fees received from residents
• Monitors activities of residents during assigned shift
• Maintains accurate and complete records and logs
• Responds to emergencies in a calm manner and initiates appropriate corrective actions
• Answers telephone and responds to questions regarding the program operations
• monitors cameras and records unique situations occurring during shift
• Distributes towels, linens, and personal hygiene items
