About The Position
This position is responsible for: Accepting and processing clients into the lodge/shelter facility and monitoring the activity of guests on an assigned shift ensuring safety, security, and policy compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. and one year experience performing security or social service work preferred, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- This position requires a level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities
- Greets shelter guests and completes intakes as needed.
- Answers phone and provides callers applicable information.
- Monitors facility for safety and compliance and interacts with shelter guests in an appropriate manner.
- Inputs data into the Client Information System (Clarity).
- Ensures that the lodge/shelter is maintained in a neat and proper order.
- Assist with laundry duties as assigned.
