Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of paid work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work with individuals and groups in both routine and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitors residents by observing, documenting, and ensuring accountability while enforcing rules and responsibilities.
• Assists with managing program services, including installing electronic monitoring equipment and conducting alcohol and urine surveillance testing.
• Conducts scheduled internal and external inspections of the facility to maintain health, safety, and accountability standards.
• Maintains knowledge of and follows all procedures and policies outlined in the operational manuals.
• Responsible for general housekeeping of the center, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
