The Resident Monitor position is a part-time and relief role focused on monitoring the custody, security, and control of residents in a community-based adult re-entry program. This entry-level position involves ensuring the accountability of residents, assisting with program services, and maintaining the safety and sanitation of the facility. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to positively impact the community by supporting individuals in their re-entry journey.

Monitors residents by observing, documenting, and ensuring accountability while enforcing rules and responsibilities.
Assists and supports counselors with resident programming, including electronic monitoring and substance testing.
Conducts scheduled internal and external inspections of the facility to maintain health, safety, and accountability standards.
Maintains knowledge of and follows all procedures and policies outlined in operational manuals.
Responsible for general housekeeping and sanitation of the center.
Attends and participates in required meetings and appointments, which may be off-site.

High School diploma or equivalent.
One year of paid work experience.
Demonstrated ability to work with individuals and groups in both routine and emergencies.

Competitive pay of $22.28 per hour.
$250 sign-on bonus for part-time/relief employees.
