Responsibilities

• Functions as the strategic business leader of rooms operations and acts as General Manager in his/her absence.

• Focuses on growing revenues and maximizing financial performance of the department.
• Reviews guest satisfaction results and identifies areas for improvement.
• Participates in public space walk-throughs to ensure maintenance and preventative processes are in place.
• Communicates departmental goals clearly to produce desired results.
• Coaches operations team to effectively manage occupancy, rates, and expenses.
• Creates an atmosphere that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
