About The Position

Seeking a full-time Resident Manager to join our team at Beaver Creek Apartments (126 units) in Beaverton, OR. We offer spacious 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes. As a Resident Manager, you will greet visitors to the community, provide information about the property and engage in leasing activities. Your attention to detail assists you as you explain rental agreements and move-in packages. You will use Yardi & Tenant Tech to enter data and to assist in producing accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. You must be one who gets great satisfaction from making sure that all resident issues are resolved in a professional and friendly manner. The Resident Manager is responsible for the success of the property and supervises office and maintenance staff. They are responsible for adhering to and enforcing company policy & procedures and consistently acting in the best of Carla Properties Ltd. The Resident Manager's specific duties may vary from site to site, depending on the property's requirements and the size of the staff. You love working with people and performing a variety of tasks throughout your day. Your team enjoys working with you as you support their functions and workflow. You play an essential role in Carla Properties' success!

Requirements

  • Applicants should have 6+ years of multifamily housing industry experience & 4+ years of prior Resident Manager experience.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and stellar organizational skills
  • Experience with Yardi (3+ years) and Tenant Tech (1+ year)
  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • Do you have knowledge of fair housing laws, excellent customer service and leasing skills?
  • Are you organized and attentive to detail?
  • Can you manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced office environment?
  • Are you able to communicate effectively in English with people from many different backgrounds?

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
