About The Position
This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I to work at Firestone Phoenix, a 44-unit family housing community in Los Angeles, CA. Qualified Candidates must have experience with affordable housing property management. Must be goals oriented and have a warm personality. Salary range: $27.50 - $44.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $27.50 - $35.75 per hour, DOE. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
