The Resident Life Associate (RLA) is responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations during assigned shifts to ensure a safe, secure, and clean environment for approximately 80 residents, including adults and children. RLAs work in three shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM While each staff member is typically assigned to a shift, flexibility is essential to maintain coverage across all shifts. RLAs ensure smooth transitions between shifts and continuous service to residents.
