As a Resident Housing Housekeeper at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, you’ll be the reason our team members come home to a clean, comfortable, and well-kept place to live. You’ll handle daily cleaning, linen turnover, deep cleans between tenants, and light maintenance tasks — the kind of hands-on work that keeps our employee housing running smoothly. About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort: Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort also has an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve, and the new Shorty's opened in 2024. Requirements

• You’ve done this kind of work before. A background in housekeeping, janitorial services, or residential cleaning is preferred.
• You’re comfortable with basic maintenance. About two years of general building maintenance or household equipment repair experience will serve you well here.
• You don’t need to be a licensed contractor, but you should be handy and able to handle routine upkeep tasks without needing hand-holding.
• You’re reliable and can work independently.
• You take safety seriously. You understand how to handle cleaning chemicals properly, follow OSHA requirements, and use protective equipment.
• You’ll work with ladders, industrial equipment, and occasionally uneven outdoor surfaces — careful attention to safety protocols is non-negotiable.
• You communicate clearly and professionally. You’ll interact with housing tenants (your coworkers), maintenance staff, and management.
• A respectful, professional demeanor matters — and being able to write and speak clearly in English helps you flag issues and coordinate repairs effectively.
