About The Position

Restaurant Associates is seeking a dynamic Resident General Manager to lead a premier corporate dining account with an annual volume of $35 million, featuring multiple cafés, micro markets, and high-end catering and events. As the senior on-site leader, you'll oversee all aspects of dining operations, culinary, service, finance, and client relations, ensuring excellence across every touchpoint. This role calls for a strategic operator with a passion for hospitality, innovation, and partnership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive management experience in corporate dining, hospitality, or large-scale foodservice.
• Proven success managing multi-unit, high-volume operations ($20M+ preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on developing talent.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, multi-unit team across cafés, markets, and catering programs.
• Develop and maintain exceptional client relationships, serving as the on-site point of contact and strategic business partner.
• Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and brand standards.
• Oversee menu innovation, service enhancements, and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to deliver elevated experiences for everyday dining and special events.
