About The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic Resident Experience Manager to join our team at Upcoming Location in Frisco, TX. In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving our apartment community's leasing goals, maximizing occupancy rates, and enhancing resident satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations related to leasing apartments, conducting property tours, processing applications, and executing renewal strategies to maintain high levels of resident engagement. This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour. This role offers a higher base pay to reflect its key responsibilities ensuring consistent and reliable compensation, in place of a variable commission structure.
