About The Position

The Resident Experience Manager at FoodWorks Supermarket is responsible for overseeing both back and front of house operations within the food service departments. This role focuses on maintaining a high-quality culinary program, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with sanitation standards. The manager will also be involved in menu development, inventory management, purchasing, and labor cost controls, while leading and developing the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years of progressive culinary management experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP controls and proper food storage and handling.
• Experience with P&L and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe or Department of Health certification.
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Self-starter with innovative multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude under pressure and ability to motivate the team.
