We are seeking a full-time Resident Experience Liaison to join our team! This position is responsible for connecting with each new resident after a move-in date is established to begin to develop a resident experience that is unique to each resident’s interests and passions and acting as the liaison between the resident and all Shell Point Resources, activities and amenities for the first year of residency. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple residents onboarding at one time, must be able to effectively speak in public to both small and large groups, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Some experience working in a retirement community or similar environment is strongly preferred.
