About The Position

The Resident Experience Coordinator (REC) plays a crucial role in the Property Management department, providing direct support for residents and the market office. The REC is responsible for handling resident inquiries, ensuring a smooth transition into a Progress home, and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the resident journey.
