Requirements

High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).
Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English.
Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults/senior adult/senior living preferred.
The candidate must be willing to work and interact with active/senior adults.
Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time.
Assist with Activities
Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out.
Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area.
Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed.
Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.
