What You'll Do: Collaborate with the Director of Resident Experience to craft personalized activity plans that cater to each resident's unique interests. Organize and promote a wide range of activities, from exciting outings to relaxing in-house events, ensuring every day is full of engagement and fun. Coordinate transportation for residents' outings and medical appointments, making sure everyone has access to the experiences they desire. Take charge of quarterly events that double as community showcases, helping to spread the word about our incredible community. Step in as needed in the dining room, ensuring residents have a pleasant dining experience. Foster a team-oriented environment where collaboration and positivity flourish.

Requirements

• A creative and energetic individual with a passion for people and a heart for service.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage with residents, staff, and visitors alike.
• A self-starter who can work independently while also thriving as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn just as much!
