Techno is looking for a Resident Engineer to oversee a portfolio of complex pedestrian ramp projects across New York City. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineering professional who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment in the field, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, ADA-compliant infrastructure. As the on-site project lead, you will guide daily construction operations, ensure contractor performance, and serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, inspectors, and the project team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with all applicable standards and regulations. The total compensation, including salary and bonuses, is determined by various factors such as experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, which are evaluated during the interview process
