Requirements

Minimum of 15 years of construction inspection experience required
Valid driver's license required
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interpret complex contracts
Deep knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices
Physical ability to navigate active job sites and adapt to varying field conditions

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel preferred
NICET Level IV certification or PE license preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate a major construction project or multiple complex initiatives, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards
Direct on-site construction inspection activities, maintaining rigorous quality assurance and contract compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, chairing project meetings and facilitating clear communication among stakeholders
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, verify contractor pay quantities, and manage contract administration records with precision
Lead and mentor field inspection staff, collaborating with designers to resolve challenges and drive project success
Champion safety, regulatory compliance, and innovative solutions that keep projects on track and within budget
Travel locally and occasionally out-of-area to support project needs
