Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (PE license preferred). 10+ years of engineering or construction management experience, with at least 5 years in transit, rail, or heavy civil infrastructure. Strong technical knowledge of transit systems, including stations, trackwork, structures, utilities, signals, communications, or related disciplines. Demonstrated experience overseeing contractors and managing field engineering activities in active transit environments. Familiarity with Transit Authority standards, public‑sector procurement, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑service skills. Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project). OSHA 30 certification preferred. Prior experience working for or consulting with major Transit Authorities. Washington State PE License Ability to build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Proven success delivering projects in constrained, high‑traffic, or operational transit corridors.
