As the Resident Engagement Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the community—serving as the main point of contact for residents, planning exciting events, and overseeing concierge services to ensure every resident feels valued and heard. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 5+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management.
  • Experience managing concierge or guest service teams, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success.
  • Passion for building relationships and creating memorable resident experiences.
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with property management or customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus!
  • A proactive approach to enhancing resident satisfaction and fostering community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Resident & Guest Engagement – Be the face of the community! Welcome residents and guests, address inquiries, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
  • Event Planning & Execution – Plan, organize, and host engaging resident events, from holiday celebrations to networking mixers, fitness classes, and social gatherings. Collaborate with local vendors to enhance experiences.
  • Service Coordination – Act as a liaison between residents and the property management team, handling service requests, maintenance needs, and resident concerns efficiently.
  • Concierge Management – Lead and mentor the concierge team to deliver high-quality service, manage schedules, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Community Outreach & Communication – Keep residents informed and engaged! Create event calendars, announcements, and newsletters to enhance community interaction.
  • Data Management – Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, event participation, and service requests using property management software.
  • Common Area Oversight – Ensure community spaces are well-maintained, inviting, and reflect the high standards of the property.
