Requirements

• At least one year of direct experience with adults.
• Leadership experience.
• A degree in a related field (therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education or other related field) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the ever-evolving implementation of the Engagement 3.0 philosophy (Friendships First, Programs Second and Purpose Partners).
• Promote culture with Sales partners and prospects.
• Provide subject matter expertise to the community leadership team regarding engagement and quality of life for residents.
