Resident & Guest Services Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a friendly, professional manner Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general community information Assist residents with questions, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely follow-up Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area Complete administrative tasks including sign-ins, reservations, announcements, and light clerical duties Coordinate with front desk volunteers, including scheduling and ongoing communication to ensure consistent coverage Life Enrichment & Engagement Assist with planning, coordinating, and facilitating resident activities and programs Encourage resident participation and promote social connection and engagement Support and execute special events, outings, and community celebrations Set up, break down, and organize activity spaces, supplies, and equipment Collaborate with team members to ensure programming reflects resident interests, abilities, and needs Communication & Coordination Serve as a liaison between residents and internal departments Communicate daily updates, event reminders, and important community information to residents Maintain accurate calendars, sign-up sheets, and attendance records Foster positive relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and team members
