Requirements

• At least one year of direct experience working with adults.
• Preferred leadership experience and a degree in a related field such as therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, or education.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Engagement 3.0 philosophy, focusing on Friendships First, Programs Second, and Purpose Partners.
• Promote a positive culture in collaboration with Sales partners and prospects.
• Provide subject matter expertise to the community leadership team regarding resident engagement and quality of life.
