This position requires at least one year of direct experience with adults, and leadership experience along with a degree in a related field such as therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, or education is preferred.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Implement the Engagement 3.0 philosophy (Friendships First, Programs Second, Purpose Partners).
  • Promote culture with Sales partners and prospects.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the community leadership team regarding engagement and quality of life for residents.
