Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions: 1. Oversee and support Resident Assistants in the implementation of the Community Learning Plan (CLP). 2. Manage Resident Assistants in the living area to ensure they are upholding the standards of their position as outlined for university student leaders. 3. Monitor physical condition of the living area and communicates with residents about repairs and preventative maintenance to the building. 4. Collaborate with Housing Operations to manage resident check-in and check-out and assist with room changes throughout the year. 5. Assist, confront, and intercede in community standard violations and emergency situations as they arise in the living area. Provide appropriate written and verbal behavioral data relevant to administering guidance, support, and/or discipline, and report/refer to supervisors and Student Conduct Staff. 6. Other duties as assigned. Experience/ Education Bachelor’s degree required 1-3 years relevant experience in Student Affairs in Higher Education Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
