The Resident Concierge at Carmel Residence is a caring and dynamic individual who will engage and connect with residents, provide care, lead and inspire peers, grow professionally in a supportive environment, embrace inclusivity, contribute to the well-being of both residents and team members, and create meaningful connections. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents, providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and assistance with day-to-day needs, fostering a welcoming, organized, and community-focused living environment by managing resident requests, processing rent receipts, supporting the sales process, overseeing daily operations, and assisting with onsite events.
