About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic & detailed oriented Residential Care Supervisor for our beautiful residential care facility that is located in beautiful Boynton Beach Florida. Full Time Hours with occasional weekends - LPN Required 12-hour shifts This position will establish and support an inclusive, collaborative, respectful working environment that attracts potential Residents, their family members, and high-quality employees, and supports our mission to serve our residents.

Requirements

• A current LPN/Nurse license preferred.
• At least one year of previous experience as a supervisor and/or trainer of care staff in a community or long-term health care setting.
• Previous supervisory experience in geriatric care is preferred.
• Knowledge of standards/practices and current trends in dementia care.
• The ability to assess, redesign, and implement care and operational processes and procedures and train staff to follow them.
• Willingness to assist administrator to monitor operations and share on-call rotation.
• The ability to communicate tactfully and compassionately and develop strong, positive relationships with Residents and their families and other supporters.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
