About The Position

Rolling Meadows of Strum Assisted Living & Memory Care is accepting applications for a Resident Care Providers / Caregivers. Looking for: PT/FT for AM/PM/NOC shifts Full-time hours, Part Time, Per Diem, offered PTO (per Policy) Responsibilities: Caregivers are responsible for providing services to Memory Care residents including: Provide quality of care by following the care plan (dressing, grooming, nutrition, change of bed linens, incontinence/toileting, transfers (lift and non-lift), bathing, hygiene, medication administration) Understand electronic charting and able to follow/carryout resident's ISP's (care plans) Follow policy & procedures, DHS rules & regulations Promote residents' independence Dietary services, Cleaning, Laundry, Activities Wages and Benefits: Hourly wage: $16-$18 Immediate Openings, 8-hour shifts (6a-2p , 2p-10p 10p-6a), FT/PT/per diem Hours are weekdays, nights, weekends, and OT PT: 0-32 hours/week FT: 32-40 hours/week (Work 3 days and have 4 days off) Flexible & real-time scheduling Our competitive wage is based on experience & certifications obtained. Requirements

  • Pre-employment Criminal and Caregiver Background Check
  • The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed
