About The Position

Everbloom Memory care in Salem is seeking a Full Time Resident Care Partner & Scheduler. The role involves providing personalized care and support, assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and coordinating with healthcare providers. It is an On-Call position that requires managing staff schedules, covering caregiving and med tech shifts as needed, and empowering the team to promote engagement in life enrichment activities.

Requirements

Possess a high school diploma or GED
Have strong communication skills in English
Committed to continuous learning, must complete at least 16 hours of in-service education annually, with 6 units specific to Dementia
Minimum of six months of caregiving and med tech experience, preferably with elderly individuals in a facility setting
Must pass a criminal history check

Provide personalized care and support to residents

Manage the staff schedule (On-Call position)

Coordinate and lead scheduled and unscheduled life enrichment tasks
