The RCM coordinates staffing, resident care, and clinical services in collaboration with the Executive Director, Wellness Nurse, and the Health Services Director. They work closely with the Assisted Living (AL) RCM to ensure streamlined processes across both AL and MC, and serve as backup to the RCM, AL when needed. This role also communicates with physicians, families, and healthcare professionals regarding resident care and clinical concerns.
