Requirements

  • Current Pennsylvania LPN/RN license in good standing.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a commitment to quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with residents, families, and staff.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in senior living, long-term care, or assisted living settings.
  • Supervisory or charge nurse experience leading clinical teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Quality Resident Care: Direct, assign, and support medication aides and resident aides to ensure care is delivered safely, effectively, and with compassion.
  • Provide Hands-On Clinical Support: Administer medications and treatments as needed and assist residents with activities of daily living.
  • Ensure Documentation & Compliance: Complete nursing records, care plans, and required reports accurately and on time in accordance with state and facility standards.
  • Lead & Develop Staff: Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback for nursing team members to promote excellence and growth.
  • Support Safety & Infection Control: Identify and report safety concerns, assist with infection prevention practices, and uphold regulatory standards.
  • Foster Communication: Serve as a liaison among residents, families, and staff—resolving concerns, promoting teamwork, and reinforcing our mission and values.
  • Coordinate Admissions & Discharges: Ensure smooth transitions for residents while maintaining accurate records and communication.
  • Champion Quality Improvement: Participate in ongoing initiatives to enhance care delivery, resident satisfaction, and overall team performance.
