Resident Care Manager
About The Position
Trinity Terrace is actively seeking a Full-Time Resident Care Manager (RN) to join our team of nursing professionals! The Resident Care Manager (RCM) will work to ensure the delivery of person-centered, individualized and clinically competent care. You will coordinate and manage the overall care delivered to residents, temporary and permanent, assuring that services are appropriate to meet residents’ needs in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Trinity Terrace is a beautiful and vibrant senior living community that has been serving Fort Worth seniors for more than 100 years. Trinity Terrace offers care and support in various areas such as Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university.
- One (1) or more years of professional nursing experience.
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing and/or Long-term care environment.
- Understand state, federal and local regulations in relation to long term care and skilled nursing requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgements concerning all aspects patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting including performance management, discipline and management of staff is preferred.
