Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN Monday-Friday JOIN AN OUTSTANDING TEAM! Autumn Hills is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for Alzheimer’s and dementia care to join our team as our Resident Care Manager for our small Intermediate Care (ICF-only) level Memory Care unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values working in a smaller, campus-style community where collaboration, connection, and quality truly matter. Autumn Hills is unique in that we offer a distinctive, close-knit setting with essentially three levels of care serving residents across the continuum, all located on one campus: ICF-only setting (not a large SNF environment) Specialized ICF-level Memory Care unit Residential Care unit specializing in Memory Care In this role, your nursing skills will be utilized in delivering resident-centered, high-quality care, working closely with: Residents and their families Frontline nursing staff Physicians and healthcare providers The facility interdisciplinary team If you are a nurse who is passionate about supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, and you thrive in a smaller, relationship-focused environment, we encourage you to apply. Requirements

  • Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
  • 2 – 3 years experience working as an RN is required.

Nice To Haves

  • RNs with some long-term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.
  • You will receive excellent, hands-on training to learn Marquis nursing systems and procedures.
