About The Position

Resident Care Manager Duties: Assist in hiring, training, and supervising as needed to create a successful team with the approval of the Executive Director. Develop, lead, challenge and motivate through effective communication, ongoing training and other personal growth opportunities, and recognition programs. Work with families, service providers, and employees to meet resident needs by providing excellent, consistent, and personalized services based on the principles and values of the company. Help residents to live safely and with dignity through supportive, security, and privacy measures, as well as emergency response systems and protocols. Counsel families and residents to make informed choices regarding health or service plan changes, problem resolution, risk management, and alternative placement or care when necessary. Requirements

  • Nursing degree (LPN)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Must have Scheduling/time/Attendance Experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills along with a proven track record of integrity.
  • Daily engagement and contact with residents, families, prospects, employees, and other professionals, to establish and maintain constructive relationships.
  • Display sound judgment and decision-making, willing to take action, follow through, and know when to defer to Director.
  • On Call Every Other Week
