Requirements

• Must have an active LVN license in the state of California
• Must have leadership experience
• Must have assisted living experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must speak fluent English

Responsibilities

• Oversee all health and wellness services for assisted living residents, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Conduct resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and case workers
• Maintain resident records, policies, procedures, and provide on‑call support as needed
