Bridges by EPOCH at Norwalk, an exquisite Memory Care Assisted Living Community, is seeking a Full-time Resident Care Director (RN/SALSA) to serve as a clinical leader on their nursing team. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of CT
  • Strong staff management and supervisory skills
  • BSN with at least two years of full-time clinical experience and one of those years in home health OR an RN with a diploma or Associate’s degree with at least four years full-time clinical experience within the past ten years and at least one of those years in the home care or community health.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall implementation and coordination of resident care nursing in our community.
  • Interact with various family members, physicians, health service agencies and hospital liaisons as needed.
  • Hire, evaluate and supervise staff within the department.
