Requirements

  • We require a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of CT with strong staff management and supervisory skills.
  • Candidates must have a BSN with at least two years of full-time clinical experience and one of those years in home health or an RN with a diploma or Associate’s degree with at least four years full-time clinical experience within the past ten years and at least one of those years in the home care or community health.

Responsibilities

  • The SALSA is responsible for the overall implementation and coordination of resident care nursing in our community.
  • This position involves interacting with various family members, physicians, health service agencies and hospital liaisons as needed.
  • This position requires hiring, evaluating and supervising staff within the department.
