About The Position

The Resident Care Coordinator at Wickshire Senior Living Group is responsible for leading and directing the delivery of non-clinical resident care. This role ensures exceptional quality and services while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and the organization's standards. The coordinator will work closely with the Health & Wellness Director to create personalized service plans for residents and will be the primary point of contact for residents and their families.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of Resident care experience preferred
• Maintain state licensing requirements, where applicable
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in caregiving (1 year preferred)
• Med-Tech certification (required)

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and adjust work schedules for the Assisted Living team to ensure adequate staffing.
• Partner with the Health & Wellness Director to create and update unique resident service plans.
• Maintain continuous communication with residents' family members to promote open dialogue.
• Conduct coaching and training to associates to promote best-in-class service delivery.
• Order and maintain inventory of health-related supplies and equipment.
• Find coverage for shift call-outs.
• Contact EMS for resident emergencies and coordinate transfer documents.
• Partner with the Health & Wellness Director in hiring and staffing the Care Department.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Wickshire's policies.
• Complete mandatory compliance, HIPAA, and regulatory training as required.
