About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our Care Suites team. This role focuses primarily on staff scheduling, payroll support, and supply room billing, while assisting with daily administrative operations in a residential care setting.

Requirements

  • Healthcare or residential care experience required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with scheduling, payroll, or billing preferred
  • Prior CNA/Caregiver and medication administration experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain staff schedules
  • Support payroll processing (time tracking, data entry, issue resolution)
  • Manage supply room billing and inventory tracking
  • Assist with resident documentation and chart updates
  • Coordinate appointments, transportation, and care conferences
  • Provide general administrative support (phones, forms, communication)
  • Provide on-call support as needed, and consult with the Care Suites Administrator to address emergencies and resident/staff issue.
  • Participate in quality assurance efforts and staff training coordination
