Schedule your team while adhering to budgeted hours. Monitor the services dashboard and completion of daily assignments. Provide immediate feedback and support to the Resident Assistants for the daily/weekly schedule, assisting with plans for coverage of scheduled shifts as needed. Step in when necessary to assist with resident care. What you will need: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a nursing scheduler, or 2-3 years as a nursing assistant in assisted living, long-term care, or similar experience with seniors Past supervisory experience is preferred
