About The Position
A Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) in an assisted living community acts as a bridge between residents, their families, and the care staff. They are responsible for managing daily care operations, creating individualized service plans (ISPs), ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising the care staff to promote a high quality of life for residents
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant License
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employees, volunteers, residents and families in accordance with policies and procedures and HIPAA regulations
