About The Position
The Resident Care Coordinator in Memory Care is responsible for overseeing the daily care and well-being of residents within a memory care unit. This role ensures that residents with dementia or other memory-related conditions receive the highest standard of care while fostering a compassionate and supportive environment. The Resident Care Coordinator will work closely with family members, staff, and healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and assess individualized care plans that promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life.
