About The Position
Balance Assisted Living and Memory Care is committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care in a warm, welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to oversee daily care operations and support our outstanding caregiving team. The RCC is responsible for supervising caregivers, ensuring personal care tasks are completed to the highest standards, and monitoring compliance with company policies and state regulations. This role is vital in upholding the dignity, independence, and well-being of our residents.
