The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) ensures the quality care of all residents. This position is responsible for promoting and integrating the mission and core values of Charter Senior Living. The RCC manages the care staff in Assisted Living (AL) by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting the frontline care staff while reporting to the Health and Wellness Director (HWD). Charter Senior Living is dedicated to the care and wellbeing of our residents, aiming to enhance their lives through compassionate care and honoring their life stories and legacy.
