About The Position

The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) ensures the quality care of all residents. This position is responsible for promoting and integrating the mission and core values of Charter Senior Living. The RCC manages the care staff in Assisted Living (AL) by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting the frontline care staff while reporting to the Health and Wellness Director (HWD). Requirements

  • Must be CMA certified.
  • Experience in assisted living.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality care of all residents.
  • Promote and integrate the mission and core values of Charter Senior Living.
  • Manage the care staff in Assisted Living by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting them.
  • Report to the Health and Wellness Director.
