Requirements

• Experience in assisted living.
• Ability to promote and integrate company mission and values.
• Strong management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality care of all residents.
• Promote and integrate the mission and core values of Charter Senior Living.
• Manage daily operations as it relates to quality of care and services.
• Manage the care staff in AL by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting the frontline care staff.
• Report to the HWD.
